Glasgow International is Scotland’s world-renowned biennial festival of contemporary art. The festival is a unique platform for experiencing the vital work of artists and arts organisers active today, both locally and internationally. Glasgow International particularly highlights the city of Glasgow as a major centre for the production and display of contemporary visual art. Taking place in various venues and locations across the city, including art spaces, cultural institutions and temporary venues, the festival includes exhibitions, performances and projects by international and Glasgow-based artists.
