The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) is a statutory body established by the government of Hong Kong in 1995. Its primary mission is to promote the arts and cultural development in Hong Kong. The council provides funding, resources, and support to artists and arts organizations across various disciplines including visual arts, performing arts, literary arts, and film.
