The Korea Arts & Culture Education Service (KACES) is a public agency under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, established in 2005 pursuant to the Culture, Arts and Education Support Act. With the vision of “Incorporating arts and culture in everyday life,” KACES aims to make arts and culture education accessible for everyone to enjoy by continuously improving the quality of such programs and opportunities.
